In 1984 Gianfranco Ranoldi decided to combine the experience acquired in his father’s factory with his recently completed studies in the field of art and design.
In the centre of Vicenza he opened a small artisan workshop which gained immediate recognition due to the originality of its products.
New collections soon appeared alongside the first articles made of crystal and glass, establishing the RANOLDI® brand in Italy and at international level. In the nineties the historic workshop had outgrown its original function and new more modern and functional premises were opened, which are still the firm’s headquarters today.
All the products are conceived and designed in the company’s workshops after careful studies of the latest trends and popularity ratings. The next stage in the process is production, which requires state-of-the-art workmanship and is performed to the very highest standards by skilled craftsmen with stringent quality controls.
An attractive packaging adds the final touch to this successful product which over the years has continued to broaden its customer base, making the firm a dependable reference point in the sector of gifts for special occasions.
